Slot Tech Urchin Insert

The Slot Tech Urchin Insert is designed to solve one of the biggest problems with storing urchin-style finesse baits: keeping them organized without the tentacles tangling, matting down, getting crushed, or wasting space inside your box.

Each pack includes one 3-row insert, one 2-row insert, and 45 removable arms. With the arms installed, the insert holds up to 15 urchin-style baits by cradling the bait body and helping keep the tentacles spread out and protected. This makes it easier to grab the bait you need without digging through a tangled mess.

For smaller baits or baits that do not fit securely in the arms, simply remove the arms and use the built-in pin-hole storage mode. With the arms removed, the insert gives you 25 storage spots so you can keep your baits stored on the wire or hook.

Important: If you choose to remove the arms for pin-hole storage, make sure to leave arms installed on the sides of the inserts as pictured. These side arms help keep the inserts secure inside the box. Removing all of the arms may allow the inserts to move up and down inside the tackle box.

Box Fitment:
This insert has been tested to fit the Plano StowAway Open Deep and Evolution Open Deep tackle boxes. It may fit other similar open deep tackle boxes, but fitment is only confirmed for those listed above.
